Model Development
For models who are not quite ready for casting, we work with them to develop their image for eventual casting submission. Development may involve suggestions for physical conditioning and styling.

Respect Towards Models
> FS maintains the highest level of professionalism when it comes to working with potential models.
> You will not be put into any situation that compromises your personal space, comfort level, or safety.
> FS only works with studios or photographers with these same standards.
> FS does not collect any fees from potential models at any time during or after the process.

Respect Towards Clients
> FS commits to maintaining a professional standard when it comes to working with models.
> FS will not alter images of potential models in order to misrepresent a model's appearance.
> FS will not misrepresent a company to potential models.

Respect for Legal Procedures
> FS will only recruit models who are of legal age (models must be age 18 or above).

> In all of its business practices, FS will maintain the highest level of professionalism when working with potential models and clients.
